We want you to be happy with Lectern. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Lectern Pro from Necropolis Publishing, LLC.
Lectern has a free tier that includes the full writing surface, so you can confirm Lectern works on your device and suits the way you write before you ever pay. We encourage you to start there.
If Lectern Pro isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. This applies to the Founder's Edition as well. After a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated and Pro features will return to the free tier.
Email necropolispublishing@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, and include your order or receipt details. Because purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. You may also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they emailed you. Refunds are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Once approved, refunds are processed promptly. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider, typically a few business days.
