We want you to be happy with Lectern. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Lectern Pro from Necropolis Publishing, LLC.
Lectern has a free tier that includes the full writing surface, so you can confirm Lectern works on your device and suits the way you write before you ever pay. We encourage you to start there.
If Lectern Pro isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase. This applies to the Founder's Edition as well. There's nothing to return, and your license key stays yours; keep Lectern Pro as our gift, with our thanks for giving it a try.
Email refunds@necropolispublishing.com from the address you used to purchase, and include your order or receipt details. We'll refund you to your original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are processed promptly. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider, typically a few business days.
